What memories. This is a view of the entrance to the apartment complex in which I lived during the fall and holiday season of 1997 as well as the first month or two of 1998, if I recall correctly. I’m going to have to pull out my old journals and write a book. What a neat time.
During this time I was the Zone Leader for the Fresno North-East Zone which was the largest zone in our mission at the time. It was a lot of fun working with two stake presidents (as opposed to just one while I was ZL in Fresno East) and so many elders and sisters! Seemed like one continual round of team-ups and meetings. I became very familiar with Fresno and Clovis during this time. What memories.
